As of March 11, 2022, the State Personnel Office provides you the choice to “either complete the work experience section of the application or upload a resume to their applicant profile. Prior to submitting your application, please upload any attachments (resumes, transcripts, licenses, certificates etc.) to your profile (My Job Applications > My Attachments).
