In-person assistance and appointments are now available at the new ERB complex at 5211 Las Soleras Drive, Santa Fe, NM 87507.

APPOINTMENTS

Pre-retirement Counseling

Members may book a virtual appointment with either a Santa Fe or Albuquerque Retirement Specialist.

Virtual Online Appointment Guidelines

For your Virtual Appointment to be as successful as possible, you will need:

a strong Wi-Fi signal
an HD camera on your device
to download the Microsoft Teams application (Available for download on Android or iPhone via your app store or directly from Microsoft: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-teams/download-app)

Please note when scheduling:

If there is an opening, Virtual appointments can booked anywhere between 24 hours and 21 days in advance.
Scheduled appointments will be held open for five minutes from the start time. After five minutes the appointment will be canceled and need to be rescheduled by the Member.
Phone numbers are required should the signal be lost so we can reconnect via phone.
To schedule your virtual appointment, your first and last name are required.
Please use your personal email to register to avoid any issue in appointment confirmation delivery.
Please be advised that when making an appointment for Pre-retirement Counseling, an audited benefit estimate cannot be provided.

Submit a Benefit Estimate Request only if retiring in 6 – 12 months. Audited benefit estimate requests take up to 8 weeks to process. You may, however, use the retirement calculator which provides an unaudited, unofficial estimate of your benefit using self-provided inputs.

Notice when Booking an appointment—

Appointments are geared towards those members who will be retiring within 6-12 months.
The purpose of the sessions are to guide you through the requirements of the retirement process as they pertain to you. Specific financial information is not disclosed during any session. Final benefit amounts are determined at time of retirement.
Appointment times typically fill quickly but do open 21 days in advance. Check back daily for appointments as they become available.
Once you have completed booking an appointment, check your email or email junk folder for an appointment confirmation. If you do not receive a confirmation, please email us by using the Contact Member Services form.
Appointments are not available on holidays. Notices/closures due to observances are posted on ERB office doors and the Home page of this website.
Should inclement weather interfere with providing scheduled appointments, members with confirmed scheduled appointments will be contacted and served.
