For the past two and a half years, ERB has worked with Linea Solutions to improve business processes and better meet the needs of our members.
These are some highlights of this valuable Business Process Improvement (BPI) project:

- Understand the needs of members and staff to improve member services.
- Outline and implement a process to stabilize and enhance operations now and in the future.
